Toward harmony of mind, body, and nature.

TOTONOU (“to align/restore balance”) is more than a summer camp—it’s a women-focused experience designed with intention.

Guided by the Japanese idea of totonou—bringing mind and body into balance—we invite you to refresh in Hakuba’s great outdoors and enjoy new encounters and connections.

🌸 TOTONOU GIRLS STAY in HAKUBA

The setting is Hakuba Bears Lodge Echoland, nestled in nature.
This pet-friendly lodge sits among beautiful trails, rivers, and cozy cafés.
Here, we offer warm connections and moments of relaxation you won’t find anywhere else.

In 2025 we’ll run three sessions. Join two or more and get 10% off.
Application deadline: Sunday, one week before the event weekend.

We kick off with a special welcome dinner on arrival. Meet new friends in a relaxed setting and start building connections from the first evening.

🌿 Realign your mind and body (“totonou”) in Hakuba’s great outdoors.

TOTONOU ACTIVITIES

TOTONOU Girls Stay offers nature-based activities that balance body and mind.
No experience needed—everything is arranged for beginners to join with confidence.

Yoga

Morning yoga before breakfast. Wake your body with stretch and breathwork and settle your mind for a calm, fresh start to the day.

Mountain Bike (MTB)

We guide you to one of two ride options based on your level:

  • Mountain Ride (upper-intermediate–advanced)
Tackle real trails while reviewing body position, braking, and cornering. Build confidence by reading terrain and finding rhythm—always at a safe, manageable pace.

  • Forest & City Bike (beginner–)
A relaxed ride through forest paths and Hakuba’s townscape—an easy, feel-good way to discover Hakuba by bike. Perfect for first-timers.

Final program choice prioritizes safety and is decided from your pre-event questionnaire and a day-of skills check (plus weather and trail conditions). On either ride, we’ll carefully review the fundamentals (position / braking / cornering) and support you so you can ride with a smile.

SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard)

Day 2 features a refreshing SUP session at Lake Aoki. No experience required—enjoy a playful reset on the water while an experienced instructor supports you throughout.
