From Airports (Narita/Haneda)

– Option 1 –
Private/Shared Van to Hakuba

Basic Procedure (WhatsApp Required for Guests)
1. Please provide your WhatsApp phone number at the time of booking.
2. Upon arrival at the airport, connect to the airport’s free Wi-Fi and check for a message from your driver.
3. Proceed to the meeting point indicated in the message. The meeting location varies depending on the airport and terminal. Once you arrive at the designated location, please send a reply to notify the driver.
4. The driver will meet you holding a red flag and a signboard displaying your name.

Shared van:  ¥15,750~¥22,000 (varies according to number of guests)
Private charter: ¥126,000 per group (up to 7 guests)

To/From Narita Airport
Shared van: ¥16,625~¥66,000 (varies according to number of guests)
Private charter: ¥133,000 per group (up to 7 guests)

Child Discount (~12 years old): ¥5,000 per child

Additional service fee of ¥3,600 will be charged per group

Shared Plan
Each passenger is permitted to bring 1 suitcase and 2 pieces of hand luggage free of charge.
For any additional items exceeding this allowance, an extra fee of ¥1,000 per item will apply.

Azusa (Express Train)

Route: Shinjuku Station → Hakuba Station
Duration: Approximately 4 hours

Important Notes:
* Only 1–2 Azusa trains per day go directly to Hakuba Station.
* If your train does not go all the way to Hakuba Station, please transfer at Matsumoto Station to the Oito Line (local train).
* During some time periods, an additional transfer at Shinano-Omachi Station may be required.

BUS (ALPICO EXPRESS)

Route: Shinjuku Bus Terminal → Hakuba (Happo Bus Terminal)
Duration: Approximately 5 hours

* For some time periods, you may need to change trains again at Shinano Omachi Station.
Also if you are lucky, you may be able to transfer to Azusa (express train) or Resort View Furusato instead.
