Cancellation policy

30% cancellation charge when cancelled within 2 days prior to check-in date.
100% cancellation charge when cancelled within 1 day prior to check-in date.

Extra futon 6,500 yen/night

If you have an additional guest to stay in the room, we can add an extra futon set with linens and a towel set + delicious breakfast.
However, not all the rooms have enough space to add this option in the bedrooms.

Come empty-handed!

Enjoy a self-serve BBQ in nature!

Enjoy a weekend-only self-serve BBQ at Bears Lodge, surrounded by the great outdoors of Hakuba!
We will provide all the meat, vegetables and equipment, so you can come empty-handed!

All you have to do is grill it yourself! It’s a BBQ style that you can enjoy freely and with others.

🐶 Pets allowed! Why not spend some fun time outdoors with your dog in nature?

🔥 BBQ set contents:
Meat platter (beef and pork)
Seasonal vegetable set
Salad, garlic tost, pineapple
A full set of BBQ equipment including grill, charcoal, tongs, etc.

Only on Saturdays and public holidays during the green season
