Yes, we offer baby beds and high chairs (portable folded type ones) free of charge on availability. Please note that no linens and beddings are provided on the baby beds, and we need to ask you to bring your own. Also we only have several of each available, so if needed, please let us know as soon as you can.
Yes, please send them to our office, and not the property. For details please refer to this page.
Also, you can send your luggage from the lodge either by using the Yamato Transport’s pickup service or by taking them to the Yamato Transport’s office in Hakuba.
※Please note that the Yamato’s office only takes payments in cash. Also you will be required to buy a plastic cover for your bags (not required for suit cases).

Yes, the lodge is located in Echoland, an area with many restaurants, bars, and shops. You’ll find a variety of dining options and amenities within walking distance.
While we do not rent equipment directly at the lodge, we partner with local rental shops. We’re happy to recommend and help arrange rentals for you.
Yes. Our team knows the local trails inside out and can tailor guided rides to your skill level.
Yes, we have a bike wash area and basic tools available for guests.
Yes! We love welcoming guests with their furry friends. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask that dogs not be left alone in the room for long periods. We can also recommend local pet sitters.
Yes, your dog can join you in some common areas while on a leash. There are designated pet-friendly spaces around the lodge.
