Yes, you can purchase lift tickets online from this website. All mountain area passes, “Hakuba Valley Tickets” are available, as well as tickets for individual ski resorts (please note that for Jiigatake and Sanosaka ski resort, you will need to buy your tickets at the ticket center) For details, please refer to this page.

For ski and snowboard lessons that we recommend the lessons on this page.
You can book directly with them or we can arrange them and have the vouchers ready for you on your arrival.
For us to arrange your lessons, please let us know the name, age, gender, level, on what dates/time you want to take which lessons, and your allergy information.

Yes, we are happy to help you book activities. For some activities, a 5-10% discount can be offered by booking through Black Bear Properties. Please refer to this page for summer activities. For winter, we can help you book ski/snowboard lessons and other activities on this page.

Yes, there are many hot springs (onsen) nearby. Hakuba Village is famous for having interesting hot springs with six different sources such as Hakuba Shionomichi Onsen which was confined in fossa magna for over 25 million years and has water that changes into dark brown when exposed to air, and the Hakuba Happo Onsen which is a natural hydrogen hot spring. Enjoying the hot springs (Onsen) is definitely a recommendation, but how about some indoor activities such as visiting the trapoline park, experiencing Japanese culture with workshops, shopping at the famous outdoor brand stores (Snow Peak, Northface, Patagonia, and etc.), and enjoying a relaxing time in lovely cafes and restaurants?
