Happo Bus Terminal

  • Coin lockers: ¥200 – ¥1,000 (depending on size)
  • Luggage storage: ¥1,000 per day
  • Alternative luggage storage: Staff may allow luggage behind the counter if lockers are full (additional fee)

Goryu Escal Plaza

  • Coin lockers in various sizes for ski gear or luggage
  • Front desk: Open 24 hours during peak season, providing information about the facility and nearby services
  • Additional storage: Staff may offer luggage storage options for a fee (subject to availability)

LUGGAGE TRANSFER

  • You can send your luggage from your accommodation using Kuroneko (Yamato) pickup or by taking it to their Hakuba office.
  • Drop-off is also available at 7‑Eleven and Lawson for local shipping only (luggage only – not for ski gear).
  • Payment: The Hakuba office currently accepts cash.
  • Packing: Please use a plastic cover for your bags (not required for luggage).
