WINTER
Transportation options depend on the property you are staying at.
Most of our properties have a bus stop within walking distance where you can catch the free ski shuttles to the resorts.
You’ll also have easy access to restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. (For exact details, please check each property’s page—some properties are best suited for guests who have a car.)
We also provide a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from Hakuba train station or bus terminal at check-in and check-out.
During your stay, we offer on-demand rides to supermarkets for grocery shopping.
We are also happy to help arrange taxis as long as we receive at least 24 hours’ notice. If you need one on shorter notice, please book it directly.
If you want more flexibility in winter, renting a car is also a great option.

Important notes:
Service is first-come, first-served.
Please book it by 12:00 pm (noon) the day before your arrival or departure.
Available only during check-in hours (15:00–20:00) and check-out hours (8:00–10:00).
Only one pick-up and one drop-off per booking.
If there are many guests or a lot of luggage, staff may need to make more than one trip.
Grocery Shopping Shuttle
For guests without a car, we offer a free ride to the supermarket.
Details:
Available daily from 15:00–20:00.
Please book the day before you want to go.
Service depends on staff and car availability—thank you for being flexible.
We can stay with you for a maximum of 1 hour.
If you need more time, we will drop you off and you can call us when you’re ready to be picked up.
SUMMER
As shuttle services do not operate in the summer, we highly recommend that guests get a rental car during their stay.
Please refer to each property’s page. The address and the map of the property is on the page.
Also the location can be found by searching on Google Map with the property name.
Parking space is available at all our properties, but please refer to each property’s page and check the number of cars that can be parked.
For customers that are not coming by car, we offer complementary pick up and drop off service from and to the Hakuba Train Station or the Happo Bus Terminal. (If you a coming from or going to a different place in Hakuba, please inquire.)
Just let us know
– which bus or train you will be taking
– the number of guests arriving at that time
– the amount of luggage you have with you
and our staff will meet you to take you to the accommodation for check-in.
However, please note that this will be offered on a first-come first-served basis and this needs to be arranged at the latest by noon (12:00pm) on the day before your arrival or departure. Also, this service is offered at check-in/check-out only during our check-in/check-out hours (15:00-20:00pm/8:00-10:00am), and it will be only one pick up/drop off per booking, plus we may have to do several runs per check-in depending on the number of guests and the amount of luggage you have.
Yes, we recommed you the ”Chuo Taxi Airport Direct”. Please refer this page for the details of their service (from Haneda airport, it will be a shared van service, and from Narita airport, it will be a private charter). We are happy to arrange this service for you. Please let us know your flight information, number of passengers and the number of luggage to book this service.
Another option will be the “Nagano Snow Shuttle”. If the time meets well with your flight schedule, this will be a great option for you. Please refer to this page for the details of their service.
Otherwise, how about renting a car at the airport and driving to Hakuba? In that case, please make sure you book a 4WD car with snow tires.
