Chef

Masayuki Matsushima [Owner Chef]
He trained himself at a long-established French restaurant in Matsumoto, a restaurant in Paris (France), and a hotel in Hakuba to obtain his chef’s license. And he has served as a head chef at hotels in Suwa, Karuizawa, Iga in Mie Prefecture, Hakuba, and Yonezawa in Yamagata Prefecture.
His dishes are not only full of great taste and texture, but unexpected combinations of ingredients surprise his guests. He is a licensed chef in Japan.
* Chef’s license is a national qualification in Japan. Only those who have passed the prefectural chef examination based on the Chef Law and are registered on the prefectural register of chefs can call themselves a chef in Japan.

100% Cancellation fee from 7 days prior to booking date.
