TEPPAN DINING YAMANAMI
Carefully selected local ingredients such as "Shinshu Premium Beef" Japanese Black Beef, "Shinshu Salmon" raised in the pure streams of Hakuba, and freshly picked mountain vegetables, mushrooms, and seasonal vegetables, delivered directly from the producers, are cooked at the teppanyaki counter and served to your seat.

SATORU COFFEE
A charming stand built by the owner, offering freshly roasted in-house coffee. You can choose your beans, and the owner will brew a perfect cup just for you, whether it's a latte or chai tea. Their eco-friendly take-out cups, featuring an original logo, make it a great spot for coffee lovers who care about sustainability.

SHOYA MARUHACHI DINING
This restaurant is housed in a beautifully renovated old folk house, preserving the charm of traditional Japanese architecture. It specializes in robatayaki, offering grilled dishes cooked over Binchotan charcoal, featuring seasonal meats, vegetables, and fresh seafood from the Nihonkai (Sea of Japan).

HEAD CAFE
Enjoy a delicious breakfast with homemade breads, including gluten-free options like bread and muffins. We recommends the panini sandwich, which you can customize by swapping the bread for a rice flour version! Perfect for a warm, hearty start to your day on the slopes.

IZAKAYA HIE
A classic izakaya with varieties of Japanese dishes for every palate. Enjoy a selection of skewered meats, fresh sashimi, and crispy fried delights, perfect for sharing with friends. Please note that Hie is a small, intimate space, and reservations are recommended during winter.
TORI CO.
Just a few hundred meters from the Sakka Slopes, Tori Co. is a modern izakaya that specializes in yakitori – Japanese-style skewered grilled chicken. YUKI BURGER
Everything is sourced locally, from fresh vegetables to high-quality meats. The 100% beef patties are made with Japanese Wagyu to enhance the flavor, and there are also vegetarian burgers and other options on the menu. Plus, the hand-cut fries are made fresh daily. Keep an eye out for seasonal specials!

CAFE FUJIYA
Located right at Hakuba Station, this spot serves rich espresso-flavored coffee soft serve ice cream that's a must-try. They also offer a variety of dishes including pasta, sandwiches, and delicious sweets like cakes and custard pudding.
FUJIYA DINER
They offer handmade soba noodles, traditional curry rice, a variety of set meals, rice bowls, and more at a very affordabe prices. Also enjoy a wide selection of sweets like pancakes and apple pie, along with drinks such as cream soda. Be sure to take in the magnificent view while savoring their homemade cuisine.

LOCARY
Serves sandwiches made with local ingredients like Alps eggs, mushrooms, and fruits from the region. A standout is their special Hakuba Ham sandwich, made from Shinshu Ginjo pork raised on sake lees. They also offer rich espresso coffee and hot dogs, all enjoyed alongside stunning views of Iwatake's natural beauty.
