ZEKKEI is a 3-bedroom private villa located in the nature-rich town of Omachi. Omachi is the perfect alternative for guests looking to discover a quieter side of the Japanese Alps, where the rolling peaks, and local mountain-town charm meet easy access to Hakuba’s ski resorts and year-round adventures. Pets are also welcome year-round, so the whole family can enjoy an escape to the mountains.
Accommodating up to 6 guests, ZEKKEI features a layout ideal for trips with family and friends. The open-concept living area is bright with natural light beneath high ceilings and large windows that frame the Northern Alps outside. The spacious BBQ deck extends directly from the living room, making the mountain views part of everyday life throughout your stay. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms offer flexible bedding options, while the traditional tatami room on the ground floor provides a peaceful Japanese-style sleeping space.
The property is also full of fun touches such as a theater room, piano, massage chair and fully stocked “TSUNAGU” beer fridge. The beer fridge is “tsunagu” style, meaning “to connect” in English, or in this case ‘pay-it-forward’ as the system. Guests are welcome to drink anything in the fridge, but we ask you re-stock it when you leave with your own local favourites for the next guest to enjoy.
ZEKKEI is ideally located for exploring Omachi, Hakuba, Azumino, and attractions such as Lake Aoki and Kurobe Dam throughout the year, offering a stylish mountain stay with easy access to the region’s best outdoor experiences.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the items in the fridge during their stay.
We kindly ask that you restock any items you drank before check-out with your recommended cans and bottles for the next guest. If items are not replaced, the following charges will apply:
Alcohol cans (beer etc): ¥400 each
Juice cans: ¥200 each
Wine: ¥3,000 per bottle

About the rate
- minimum number of nights: 2 nights (December-March), 1 night (April-November)
- Rate for up to 6 ppl. (children and infants included)
Extra futons can be arranged to sleep up to 8 ppl.
(¥5,500 Yen for 1 extra futon per night including linen/towel set – can be booked as an add-on with the property)
- 10% Sales tax is included in the rate.
- 5% Booking fee will be applied to the total accommodation cost.
- All rates from June 1st 2026 includes the accommodation tax collected by Hakuba Village.
- Payment method:
Payments can be made by credit card in your local currency (The currency will be automatically selected by your home address) by a payment system provided by Flywire. If you need to select another method, please inquire. - Damage security pre-authorization:
At check-in, you will be required to sign a credit card pre-authorization form to cover the cost of any damage to the property during your stay.
Payment schedule
- From December to March, 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
From April to November, please register your credit card details at the time of booking, and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount will be charged to the registered card (If your arrival date is within 10 days, we will charge you within a few days of your booking.)
Cancellation Policy
- From December to March, 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or earlier (Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable), 0% refundable if cancelled after.
From April to November, for cancellation after 10 days prior to arrival date, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
