Sleeping up to seven guests across three bedrooms, with space to rent two additional futons for larger groups, Swiss Chalet Hakuba is a great choice for family ski holidays and group getaways. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area creates an easy space to cook, relax, and spend time together, while the dedicated bunk room makes the chalet especially well suited to families travelling with children.
Warm timber interiors give the chalet its classic mountain cabin feel, while heating throughout keeps every room comfortable during Hakuba’s snowy winters. During the green season, air conditioning cools the downstairs bedroom and upstairs master bedroom, with fans provided in the remaining bedrooms. A full bathroom with both a bathtub and shower adds everyday comfort after a day outdoors.
Outside, a private balcony and BBQ garden are made for summer afternoons and evenings outside. Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort is just an 11-minute walk or 2-minute drive away, with restaurants, shops, and ski shuttle stops for access to popular resorts such as Happo-One all nearby. Swiss Chalet offers easy slope access while keeping you close to nature, ideal for ski trips and year-round mountain escapes alike.

About the rate
- minimum number of nights: 3 nights (December-March), 2 nights (April-November)
- Rate for up to 7 ppl. (children and infants included).
Extra futons can be arranged to sleep up to 9 ppl. per unit
(¥5,500 Yen for 1 extra futon per night including linen/towel set – can be booked as an add-on with the property)
- 10% Sales tax is included in the rate.
- 5% Booking fee will be applied to the total accommodation cost.
- All rates from June 1st 2026 includes the accommodation tax collected by Hakuba Village.
- Payment method:
Payments can be made by credit card in your local currency (The currency will be automatically selected by your home address) by a payment system provided by Flywire. If you need to select another method, please inquire. - Damage security pre-authorization:
At check-in, you will be required to sign a credit card pre-authorization form to cover the cost of any damage to the property during your stay.
Payment schedule
- From December to March, 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
From April to November, please register your credit card details at the time of booking, and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount will be charged to the registered card (If your arrival date is within 10 days, we will charge you within a few days of your booking.)
Cancellation Policy
- From December to March, 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or earlier (Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable), 0% refundable if cancelled after.
From April to November, for cancellation after 10 days prior to arrival date, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
