ZEKKEI is our newly listed, beautifully designed 3-bedroom, pet-friendly private villa where modern comfort meets the breathtaking beauty of the Northern Alps. Perfect for families, groups of friends, and their furry companions, it’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy every season in a truly memorable setting.
From the moment you arrive, a spacious entrance welcomes you—ideal for storing shoes, luggage, and outdoor gear after a day on the slopes or exploring the mountains. Step inside to a bright, open-plan living area with soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and a piano that adds a warm, inviting touch for music lovers.
The villa is thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. On the second floor, two bedrooms each feature a combination of single, semi-double and queen beds, along with a full bathroom equipped with both a shower and bathtub. On the first floor, a traditional tatami room with two futon beds offers a peaceful Japanese-style retreat, complemented by an additional toilet for convenience. A cozy movie room provides the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventure in Hakuba.
A fully stocked beer fridge (TSUNAGU Fridge… details below) adds a fun, social touch to your stay, while the inviting living spaces make it easy to relax and spend quality time together—with pets warmly welcomed as part of the experience. A massage chair is also available, perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day outdoors, and a covered garage ensures comfort and convenience year-round.
Step outside to a spacious BBQ deck overlooking the stunning Northern Alps—the perfect setting for long meals, golden sunsets, and fresh mountain air. It’s an ideal space to create unforgettable moments with your group, with plenty of room for pets to relax safely by your side.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the items in the fridge during their stay.
If you’re able to, we kindly ask that you restock any items you use before check-out, or leave something for the next guest.
Like a simple relay, let’s pass the experience on.
If items are not replaced, the following charges will apply:
Beer: ¥400 each
Wine: ¥3,000 per bottle

About the rate
- minimum number of nights: 2 nights (December-March), 1 night (April-November)
- Rate for up to 6 ppl. (children and infants included)
Extra futons can be arranged to sleep up to 8 ppl.
(¥5,500 Yen for 1 extra futon per night including linen/towel set – can be booked as an add-on with the property)
- 10% Sales tax is included in the rate.
- 5% Booking fee will be applied to the total accommodation cost.
- All rates from June 1st 2026 includes the accommodation tax collected by Hakuba Village.
- Payment method:
For bookings from December to March, payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer in your local currency (The currency will be automatically selected by your home address) by a payment system provided by Flywire, or by PayPal.
From April to November, payments can be made by credit card only. - Damage security pre-authorization:
At check-in, you will be required to sign a credit card pre-authorization form to cover the cost of any damage to the property during your stay.
Payment schedule
- From December to March, 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
From April to November, please register your credit card details at the time of booking, and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount will be charged to the registered card (If your arrival date is within 10 days, we will charge you within a few days of your booking.)
Cancellation Policy
- From December to March, 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or earlier (Please note that teh booking fee is non-refundable), 0% refundable if cancelled after.
From April to November, for cancellation after 10 days prior to arrival date, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
