Masayuki Matsushima [Owner Chef]

After graduating from the Culinary Department of Matsumoto Daiichi High School, he gained experience at a local multinational restaurant. He later ventured into a different field as a truck driver, but unable to give up his dream of opening a restaurant with his brother, he opened an outdoor restaurant at the age of 30. Since then, he has continued to explore the possibilities of food through operating diners and a Thai restaurant in Hakuba Village, leading to where he is today.

At the Northern Alps International Art Festival 2024, he collaborated with the world-renowned artist “Aoi Itsuki” to produce a special bento box.
