Sumi Villa Hakuba is an ideal choice for families and small groups who want space and privacy without giving up easy access to town. The villa sleeps up to nine guests and includes a generous family room that comfortably accommodates four. For larger groups, two additional futon’s can be rented bringing the maximum number of guests to eleven.
A modern kitchen and cosy living area make everyday stays easy and comfortable, while an authentic Japanese tatami room adds a traditional touch and a quiet space to unwind. During the green season, a large air-conditioning unit keeps the living and dining area cool, with fans provided in the bedrooms.
A short five-minute stroll brings you to Echoland’s cafés and restaurants, with ski shuttle stops nearby providing easy access to Hakuba’s major ski resorts. Sumi Villa is a welcoming alpine base for families or groups looking for a convenient stay in one of Hakuba’s most popular neighbourhoods.

About the rate
- minimum number of nights: 3 nights (December-March), 2 nights (April-November)
- Rate for up to 9 ppl. (children and infants included)
Extra futons can be arranged to sleep up to 11 ppl.
(¥5,500 Yen for 1 extra futon per night including linen/towel set – can be booked as an add-on with the property)
- 10% Sales tax is included in the rate.
- 5% Booking fee will be applied to the total accommodation cost.
- All rates from June 1st 2026 includes the accommodation tax collected by Hakuba Village.
- Payment method:
Payments can be made by credit card in your local currency (The currency will be automatically selected by your home address) by a payment system provided by Flywire. If you need to select another method, please inquire. - Damage security pre-authorization:
At check-in, you will be required to sign a credit card pre-authorization form to cover the cost of any damage to the property during your stay.
Payment schedule
- From December to March, 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
From April to November, please register your credit card details at the time of booking, and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount will be charged to the registered card (If your arrival date is within 10 days, we will charge you within a few days of your booking.)
Cancellation Policy
- From December to March, 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or earlier (Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable), 0% refundable if cancelled after.
From April to November, for cancellation after 10 days prior to arrival date, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
