Perfect for families or groups travelling together, each chalet sleeps up to six guests with the option to connect both units for parties of up to twelve. For larger groups, one additional futon per unit is also available for rent, increasing the maximum number of guests per unit to seven. The units are connected through an internal door in the entrance area, allowing groups to enjoy a shared living space while still maintaining their own privacy.
Inside, you’ll find bright, modern living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that makes self-catering easy. Every room in the chalet is kept toasty even on the coldest nights, and the cosy interiors and family-friendly layout make Cat’s Villa equally suited to both winter ski holidays and green season stays.
The location of Cat’s Villa Hakuba is also hard to beat. Just 12 minutes on foot to the Kokusai lifts (please note that due to construction going on between the villa and the slopes, 200m short cut is presently not accessible), and 3 minutes by car to Happo-One and 15 minutes by car to Goryu, it’s the perfect base for exploring some of the best ski resorts Hakuba has to offer. With restaurants, cafés, and ski shuttle stops also close by, Cat’s Villa is as comfortable as it is convenient.

About the rate
- minimum number of nights: 3 nights (December-March), 2 nights (April-November)
- Rate for up to 6 ppl. per unit (children and infants included)
Extra futons can be arranged to sleep up to 7 ppl. per unit
(¥5,500 Yen for 1 extra futon per night including linen/towel set – can be booked as an add-on with the property)
- 10% Sales tax is included in the rate.
- 5% Booking fee will be applied to the total accommodation cost.
- All rates from June 1st 2026 includes the accommodation tax collected by Hakuba Village.
- Payment method:
Payments can be made by credit card in your local currency (The currency will be automatically selected by your home address) by a payment system provided by Flywire. If you need to select another method, please inquire. - Damage security pre-authorization:
At check-in, you will be required to sign a credit card pre-authorization form to cover the cost of any damage to the property during your stay.
Payment schedule
- From December to March, 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
From April to November, please register your credit card details at the time of booking, and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount will be charged to the registered card (If your arrival date is within 10 days, we will charge you within a few days of your booking.)
Cancellation Policy
- From December to March, 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or earlier (Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable), 0% refundable if cancelled after.
From April to November, for cancellation after 10 days prior to arrival date, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
