レンタカーの使い方

【事前予約制】
「Book Now(今すぐ予約)」をクリックし、各車両の空き状況をご確認のうえ、予約リクエストをお送りください。
ご予約は、ご利用希望日の前日18:00まで承ります(※車両の空き状況によりご希望に添えない場合がございます)。
ご予約時には、チャイルドシートの有無をご選択ください。
営業時間:9:00~18:00
※営業時間外にいただいたお問い合わせにつきましては、翌営業日にご対応いたします。
ご予約は、請求書の発行およびお支払い完了をもって確定となります。
請求書発行後3日以内にお支払いの確認が取れない場合は、予約は自動的にキャンセルとなりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
前利用者の返却時の車両状態(事故・故障等)により、レンタルができない場合がございます。
【レンタカー利用規約】
当社の車両はすべて完全禁煙です(電子タバコ・加熱式タバコを含む)。
ペット同伴をご希望の場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。

【当社の宿泊施設・ロッジにご滞在のお客様】ご宿泊先での車両のお受け取りが可能です。※チェックイン前にお受け取りをご希望の場合は、店舗でのお受け取りとなります。※車両の引き渡し時間:8:00~20:00

【上記以外のお客様】営業時間内に、店舗にてお受け取りください。(営業時間:9:00~18:00)
日本で有効な運転免許証を必ずご持参ください(すべての運転者が対象)。追加料金なしで、最大2名まで運転者登録が可能です。3名以上の運転者を登録する場合は、1名につき2,000円/24時間の追加料金が発生します。車両お受け取り時には、白馬のバスターミナルまたは駅から店舗までの無料送迎サービスをご利用いただけます。

【運転免許証について】国際運転免許証(IDP)または日本で有効な自国の運転免許証のいずれかが必須です。場合によっては、日本語翻訳文の提出が必要となることがあります。ベルギー、エストニア、フランス、ドイツ、モナコ、スロベニア、スイス、台湾で発行された運転免許証をお持ちの方は、原本の運転免許証および公式な日本語翻訳文の両方が必要です。事前に翻訳をご準備ください。日本自動車連盟(JAF)東京支部では即日翻訳サービスを提供しており、オンライン申請も可能です。※有効な運転免許証または許可証をご提示いただけない場合、レンタカーのご利用はできません。その場合、返金はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。国際運転免許証(IDP)は、必ず公的機関が発行したものをご用意ください。日本での運転およびレンタカー利用が可能かどうかは、こちらからご確認ください。

【当社の宿泊施設・ロッジにご滞在のお客様】ご宿泊先での車両返却が可能です。※チェックアウト後の返却は、店舗にてお願いいたします。
【上記以外のお客様】営業時間内に、店舗へご返却ください。※営業時間外での返却をご希望の場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。
車両の返却は必ずスタッフ立ち会いのもとで行ってください。返却時は、燃料を満タンにした状態でお戻しください。返却時間の変更や遅延が生じる場合は、必ず事前にご連絡をお願いいたします。車両返却後、店舗から白馬のバスターミナルまたは駅までの無料送迎サービスをご利用いただけます。※返却時間を変更(レンタル時間を延長)された場合、当初の返却予定時刻を基準として延長料金が発生します。※車両の予約状況により、延長をお受けできない場合がございます。返却時間を過ぎてもご返却いただけない場合、超過1時間につき7,000円の追加料金を申し受けます。

[Change of Reservation]
To change your reservation, please contact us by email or through our inquiry form.
If you need to make any changes, please contact us as early as possible.
Please note that changes may not be accepted depending on availability and circumstances.
※Inquiries made outside of business hours will be responded to the following day.

[Reservation Cancellation]
Up to 7 days in advance: full payment (100%)
Up to 14 days in advance: 50% payment

If you do not contact us within one hour after your scheduled reservation time, it will be treated as a “same-day cancellation.”
Rental may not be possible depending on the vehicle’s condition at return of the previous guest (accident, breakdown, etc.). In such case, the full amount will be refunded.

Child Seat: ¥2,000/24H

  • For children under 6 years old, the use of a child seat is mandatory for the driver.
  • Please reserve a child seat (available for an additional fee) or bring your own.
  • Since the number of child seats is limited, we recommend you to book in advance.

  • Baby seat
    • For children aged 0 to around 4 years old
    • Rear-facing installation is mandatory for those under 15 months old.
    • (If the child is under 76 cm in height, rear-facing installation is required even if they are 15 months or older.)
  • Child seat
    • For children approximately 4 to 6 years old
    • We also provide junior seats, so please choose according to your child’s age.

※At reservation, we will ask you for your child’s age.
※Please make sure to check that the child seat is properly installed before departure at guest’s responsibility.
※We cannot be held liable for any accidents caused by improper installation.

In Case of Emergency

[What to Do Immediately After an Accident]

  1. Aid for the injured: If there is anyone injured, first ensure your own safety and prioritize providing first aid, such as calling an ambulance.
  2. Contact the police: Regardless of whether there are injuries, you must notify the police (dial 110). It is important to explain if there is anyone injured to have the accident treated as a personal injury case.
  3. Move the accident vehicles: If the vehicles are obstructing traffic, move them to a safe location.
  4. Record the accident situation: Take notes on the scene, the extent of property damage or injuries, and if there are witnesses, collect their names and contact information. Video records from the drive recorder can also be valuable evidence.
  5. Contact us: No matter how big or small the accident is, promptly inform us and we will inform our insurance company about the situation.
    Seek medical attention: Even if you think your injuries are minor at the scene, symptoms can appear later. Make sure to see a doctor promptly.

[In case of a breakdown] 
If you notice any abnormalities or experience any issues while using the vehicle, please stop in a safe place and contact us immediately.

The following services are available free of charge:

  • Keys inside the locked vehicle
  • Flat tires
  • Dead battery
  • Stuck in the snow

Basic Coverage (Available to All Customers)

  • Personal Injury Protection: coverage up to 50 million JPY per person.
  • Vehicle Coverage: coverage up to the actual cash value of the vehicle per accident. Charge to guest: 50,000 JPY.
  • Bodily Injury Liability: Unlimited coverage per person.
    (Includes mandatory liability insurance coverage of 30 million JPY).
  • Property Damage Liability: Unlimited coverage per accident. Charge to guest: 50,000 JPY.

By adding the CDW, the above charges to guests will be waived.
Damages caused by mechanical failures not attributable to our company, stains on seats, or damage to interior equipment are not covered by the insurance and will be charged to the guest at cost.
The insurance coverage does not apply in the following cases:

  • When the vehicle is driven by a person other than the contracted renter or authorized driver listed in the contract.
  • If the vehicle is overdue past the return time.
  • If you fail to report an accident.
  • If you settle a claim directly with the other party without notifying us.
  • Damage to vehicles or buildings owned or managed by the customer.
  • Damage caused by driving off-road, such as on beaches or forest roads.
  • Damage caused by fueling with the wrong type of fuel.

Non-Operation Charge
The Non-Operation Charge (NOC) is a fee that you are responsible for when the vehicle requires repair or cleaning due to an accident, theft, or damage.

  • If the vehicle can be driven back: 20,000 JPY
  • If the vehicle cannot be driven back: 50,000 JPY + Towing fee

*Please note that the charges to guests and non-operation charges are waived only in case of a breakdown.

[In case your car gets stuck]
No matter how much you prepare, there are times when your vehicle may suddenly get stuck. When stuck, the tires may spin in the air without gaining traction, causing the vehicle to neither move forward nor backward even if you press the accelerator. Trying to force the vehicle out by pressing the accelerator too hard can make the situation worse.
If your vehicle gets stuck in the snow and becomes undrivable, please contact us immediately.

[Tips for Driving on Snowy Roads Without Getting Stuck]

  • Avoid sudden acceleration when starting to move
    • A common cause of getting stuck is pressing the accelerator suddenly, which causes the tires to lose traction by spinning on the snow surface. When starting off, make sure to press the accelerator slowly and gently
  • Drive at a reduced speed
    • Since other vehicles have compacted the snow, the ruts likely to have packed snow and can be very icy. Always keep your foot ready to brake, and apply the brakes gently and gradually, pressing them multiple times if needed.
  • Snow poles are road markers
    • In snowy regions, tall poles are placed along the roadside at regular intervals. These indicate the width of the road. Please drive carefully to avoid falling into the roadside drainage ditches.

If you commit a traffic violation, please report it to us upon returning the vehicle and present the “Traffic Violation Notice” along with the “Payment Slip/Receipt” stamped with the payment confirmation.
If payment of the fine cannot be confirmed or if the penalty fee is not paid, a charge of 50,000 yen will be applied.
