The entry way opens into a lobby area with a ski storage and dry room area and also into an open plan living dining room with a modern kitchen.
The new kitchen has modern appliances with an IH stove top, grill, dishwasher, oven and microwave… everything you need.
The property is beautifully furnished with plenty of space for everyone to relax.
There is also a separate bathroom with a full bathtub and standing shower space, vanity and laundry space, with a fully automatic washer/dryer , and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 has two semi double beds that can be pushed together to be set as a king bed, and a generous closet space.
Bedrooms 2 also has two single beds that can be pushed together to be set as a queen bed.
Heading upstairs, there is a spacious open loft space , which can be used for muti purposes, such as a game room for kids or a quiet relaxing space. There is a projector for enjoying a movie in this space too.
All the rooms are beautifully decorated and have heating so you can stay nice and toasty even on the coldest of nights. Also the air conditioners in all the rooms makes it comfortable to stay in summer too!
For the summer, the property has a large deck space under the roof and is equipped with a large electril grill and garden furnature to enjoy BBQ and eating outside with a beautiful view of the garden and the mountains.
Hakuba Villa Yeti has a large flat screen TV in both the bedrooms and the living dining room with cable TV, and also they are smart TVs which makes it possible to enjoy different applications such as Netflix and Youtube, and the entire property has high speed broadband WiFi, perfect for staying connected with your own laptop or smartphone.
The Hakuba 47 Resort, linked to Goryu Resort, is a short 800 meter drive up the hill.
However, whilst Hakuba Villa Yeti is one of the closest rental accommodations to the 47 Resort, shuttle busses do not run through the Meitetsu area, we therefore recommend guests will need a rental car for getting about.

About the rate
- 10% Sales tax is included in the rate.
- 5% Booking fee will be applied to the total accommodation cost.
- Payment method:
For bookings from December to March, payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer in your local currency (The currency will be automatically selected by your home address) by a payment system provided by Flywire, or by PayPal.
From April to November, payments can be made by credit card only. - Damage security pre-authorization:
At check-in, you will be required to sign a credit card pre-authorization form to cover the cost of any damage to the property during your stay.
Payment schedule
- From December to March, 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
From April to November, please register your credit card details at the time of booking, and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount will be charged to the registered card (If your arrival date is within 10 days, we will charge you within a few days of your booking.)
Cancellation Policy
- From December to March, 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or earlier (Please note that teh booking fee is non-refundable), 0% refundable if cancelled after.
From April to November, for cancellation after 10 days prior to arrival date, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
